SellerPilot AI provides analytics software for merchants operating marketplace stores.

Service description

The service helps merchants analyze sales, orders, inventory, products, campaigns, marketplace performance, and buyer segments.

Independent service

SellerPilot AI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shopee. Platform names are used only to describe integrations and merchant workflows that may be enabled after official authorization.

Account responsibilities

Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Platform access

Live Shopee access will only be enabled after Open Platform approval and merchant authorization. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to connect any store data they authorize.

Merchant data

Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of merchant data connected to the service. The service may transform authorized data into metrics, forecasts, alerts, reports, and AI-generated recommendations.

AI recommendations

AI outputs are decision support, not financial, legal, tax, or marketplace policy advice. Merchants should review recommendations before changing price, stock, advertising budget, or customer communications.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized platform access, reverse engineer integrations, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Availability and changes

Features may change over time. We may update dashboards, AI prompts, integrations, and access controls to improve reliability, security, or platform compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that every recommendation, forecast, or report will be error-free. Merchants are responsible for final operational decisions.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, unauthorized access attempts, platform policy violations, or security risk. Users may request account deletion by contacting support.
