SellerPilot AI is an independent analytics tool for marketplace merchants. Its Shopee connection uses Open Platform authorization when merchant approval is available.

Information we collect

We collect account registration details such as name, email, company name, website, and authentication credentials. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. We may also collect workspace settings, support messages, audit timestamps, session metadata, and product configuration choices needed to operate the service.

Commerce data

After merchant authorization, the provider may process store, order, product, inventory, and campaign data solely to provide analytics features. We will only request Shopee data permissions that are necessary for the enabled merchant workflows, and the app will identify connected shops inside the dashboard.

Data use

Data is used to operate the product, secure accounts, generate AI-assisted insights, troubleshoot issues, and provide support. We do not sell merchant data.

AI processing

AI features summarize operational metrics and generate recommendations such as replenishment alerts, campaign adjustments, and product optimization ideas. Future production prompts are designed to use normalized business data, not raw passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary personal information.

Cookies and sessions

The application uses essential cookies for authentication and account security. These cookies are HTTP-only where supported and are required for login sessions. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data sharing

We may use infrastructure, database, hosting, and AI service providers to operate the product. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not rent or sell merchant data to data brokers or advertising networks.

Retention

Account and workspace data is retained while an account is active or as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use HTTP-only cookies, and Shopee access tokens are stored encrypted at rest after merchant authorization. Shopee credentials are handled through the approved Open Platform authorization flow.

Your choices

Users may request account access, correction, deletion, or support by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, or platform security.
